Violations & Payment Options

Parking & Transportation Resources staff and Special Constable Services personnel are authorized to enforce the parking regulations.

Please note that offences will result in a ticket and/or tow. Any outstanding parking fines and expenses will be attached to accounts.

Outstanding parking fines not resolved in a reasonable period of time, at the discretion of Wilfrid Laurier University, will be referred to a collection agency.

Payment Options;

ONLINE:  Parking tickets may be paid online via Visa or Mastercard. Click here to pay a ticket.  *Please note that a $2.00 processing fee per transaction will apply.Both the parking ticket number and the licence plate number are required. Should you require assistance in determining /locating your ticket number or plate number, please contact Parking & Transportation Resources at  or call 519-884-1970 ext. 3032

IN-PERSON: Payments can be made in-person at Parking & Transportation Resources, 202 Regina St. Waterloo 2nd floor by cash, cheque or debit. Hours of operation; Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please record your WLU I.D. number (if applicable) and fill in the required information on the back of the parking violation.

MAIL: Cheque or money order payments may be sent via mail. Please make cheques payable to WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY and mail to: 75 University Ave. W. Waterloo ON N2L 3C5 Attn: Parking & Transportation Resources.  *Please ensure your student ID number is noted on the memo line of the cheque. Post dated cheques are not accepted.
