MIPP Alumni & Careers

What happens after MIPP?

Graduates from the program have found employment opportunities in government and non government organizations, in the private sector and in the non-profit sector here and around the world. Our graduates have created a lively alumni community, remaining connected after finishing the program and leaving Waterloo.

Every year, we are fortunate to have a number of alumni come back to campus to share their career experiences with current students. Below you can find information on the types of careers and opportunities open to MIPP graduates, compiled from information supplied by our alumni.

Internships offer the opportunity to gain experience and further develop your policy skills and knowledge. There are a variety of internship opportunities available to MIPP graduates and current students.

Professional Training

Laurier's Career Development Centre offers a variety of professional training opportunities available to current students and alumni throughout the year.
