Management Group Performance Appraisal

The annual Performance Appraisal process is integral to Laurier's success as it provides managers and employees with a shared understanding of what is required (through work and development goals) and how success can be achieved.

Appraisals typically take place from June to August, and assess the performance year from July 1st to June 30th.

2015 Performance Appraisal Timeline:

Performance Appraisal Process & Timelines Communicated to all Managers and CPAG & PAG Staf May 13
Employee Self‐Assessment is completed by the employee and submitted to their direct manager June 12
Manager completes the Performance Appraisal Form and conducts appraisal meeting with employee June 15 to August 14
Managers submit completed performance appraisal forms to Human Resources August 14

The merit recommendation process will be communicated in June.
