Dec. 2012 IPRM Working Group Elections
Thank you for your interest in electing members to the Integrated Planning and Resource Management (IPRM) working groups.
Each IPRM working group will be composed of 2/3 elected members and 1/3 appointed members. Student members of each of the working groups will be appointed by WLUSU and the GSA.

The election process is anonymous and is modeled after similar processes developed by the University Secretariat to fill vacancies on university-wide bodies and committees, such as administrative staff representative vacancies on Senate and the Board of Governors and University Faculty Council vacancies. You may log into the elections portal multiple times to view the ballot, but you must vote for working group members during a single session. Once votes have been placed, you will not be able to vote again. Please follow these steps:
- Step One: click here to determine your voting eligibility and the number of candidates you may vote for on each working group.
- Step Two: review the list of nominees and compile a list of those you would like to elect based on your voting eligibility. The list of nominees will be available here from Dec. 7 to Dec. 14.
- Step Three: with your voting list handy, log in to the elections portal to place your votes between Dec. 10 at 8:30 a.m. until Dec. 14 at 4:30 p.m. Please note that a Novell log-in is required for online elections. Please contact ITS to reset your password if necessary.
