Current Events (Waterloo)

Session 1:

Women's Faculty Colleague Meeting/Orientation.

Let's take the opportunity to meet and greet other women faculty over lunch. It's also a chance for you to provide feedback about issues and topics you'd like to see explored, and to offer ideas and suggestions about events (e.g., workshops, talks, discussion sessions and more informal networking opportunities) for the upcoming year.

It will be buffet-style, and you should feel free to drop in at any point. Some food has been ordered for the beginning, but also for the middle of the event, so if you arrive after class there will be fresh food.

When?  Tuesday, November 10, 2015

Where? Hawk's Next (top floor next to Turret in Fred Nicols Campus Centre)

Contact:  Angele Hamel

Session 2:

Brown Bag Lunches

This term, as Women's Faculty Colleague (Waterloo Campus), I am organizing a series of brown bag lunches.  There's no agenda, just a chance to chat with other women colleagues.

The location is SR-113, which is on the first floor of Science Research, in the hallway between Bricker Academic and the Science Building--walk inside from Bricker to Science and you can't miss it.  I've chosen a variety of times in the hopes of intersecting with many schedules. Mark your calendars:

Thurs, January 21, 11:30-1:00 SR-113

Wed, February 24, 12:30-1:20 SR-113

Tues, March 29, 12:00-1:30  SR-113
