Client Expectations

 New Cellular Telephone:

  • Procurement in a minimum of 72 hours after receipt of request and accounting information.

Travel Pack (Roaming:)

  • The client will have service within four business days.

Upgrade or defective devices:

  • A minimum 72 hour turnaround time.  

Cost

New Cellular Telephone:

  • Cost of the cellular device on a 2-year plan.
  • Monthly cost for plan.
  • $110 to activate a new Blackberry on the BES, if applicable.

Travel Pack (Roaming:)

  • Depends on the length of visit and city, country of travel.

Upgrade:

  • If eligible, there will be no cost. 

Defective:

  • 3-year warranty, there will be no cost.  No warranty, cost involved.
