Client Expectations

 New Cellular Telephone:

     Ordering will be at least a 72-hour turnaround.

     When you've received your cellular device & the BES application form is completed, the client can expect to be contacted within 1 business day.

Travel Pack (Roaming:)

     The client will have service within four business days.

Upgrade:

At least a 72-hour turnaround. 

Defective:

     At least a 72-hour turnaround.


Cost

New Cellular Telephone:

Cost of the cellular device

on a 2-year plan;  $110 to activate new Blackberry on the BES.

     Monthly cost for plan (rate changes daily).

Travel Pack (Roaming:)

     Depends on the length of visit and city, country of travel.

Upgrade:

     If eligible, there will be no cost. 

Defective:

     3-year warranty, there will be no cost.  No warranty, cost involved.
