Backup and restore services for the protection and security of university data on ITS-administered systems.

Staff and Faculty

Client Procedures

Issues can be reported during normal university business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at or ext. 4357.

Client Expectations

Client must provide sufficient details regarding file(s) to be restored (i.e. last date accessed, file name). Only files stored to network locations can be restored. The client is wholly responsible for data that is stored on local hard drive(s).
