Service is available 24 x 7 x 365 in published coverage locations, except during planned maintenance and upgrade.
Students, Staff and Faculty
Support is provided by ICT during normal University business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at email@example.com or ext. 4357.
Wireless service is not available in all building locations. It is an ongoing ITS initiative to improve wireless coverage and reliability. For service level expectations relating to the service, please refer to http://wireless.wlu.ca.
