Client Procedures

Issues can be reported during normal university business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at or ext. 4357.

Client Expectations

Clients can expect to be contacted in regards to which devices are serviced, to what extent, and the fees that may be associated.
