Marta is Associate Professor in the Department of Languages and Literature at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research interests include Spanish and Catalan postwar literature, the literature of concentration camps, memory studies, and psychoanalysis and translation in literature.

Documentary directed by Prof. Marta Marin-Domine about the life of the Jewish community in Brussels, before Deportation, and extermination in Auschwitz. This documentary has been made from archival footage at the Auschwitz-Foundation, Fortunoff Archives, Yale University, and it is part of Prof. Marín-Ḍmine's research on Testimony and Transmission at the Archives of the Foundation Auschwitz in Brussels.
