wlu.ca/policies is the repository for all university polices and is maintained by the University Secretariat.
The Secretariat is responsible for managing university policies, and offering advice regarding these policies and other matters of university governance
This site collects all university wide policies approved by the Board of Governors, Senate, or President, and provides access to key framework documents (such as the WLU Act and Vision & Mission statements) along with academic regulations, employee group handbooks, and collective agreements.
The system for developing, reviewing, organizing, and formatting policies is outlined in 1.1 Policy on University Policies & Procedures and the accompanying Procedures Relating to Policy on University Policies & Procedures.
