Employed by the Wellington Catholic District School Board for 39 years at 10 different schools.

3 years as a Supply Teacher [Short Term Occasional]

20 years as a Teacher both at the elementary and secondary level. Elementary assignments included those in the primary, junior and intermediate divisions.  Also experienced being a SERT [Special Education Resource Teacher] both at elementary and at high school. In addition, assigned for one year to be the Board's Religion Education System Teacher.

16 years as a School Administrator at 5 different schools.  Last assignment was being Principal of St. Mary Catholic Elementary School in Elora for 9 years.  Retired on June 30, 2013.

Experiences include counseling and supporting new teachers and being on many committees over the years including recently those directly involved in the hiring process of supply, long term occasional and contract teachers.

Served as President of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association, Wellington Unit

Served as Treasurer and Executive Member of the Catholic Principals' Council of Ontario, Wellington Unit.

Recipient of Wellington Roman Catholic Separate School Board Leadership Faith Award

Recipient of Sertoma [Service to Mankind] Club of Guelph Citizenship Award
