Canadian Excellence

What? The WLU Retirees' Association, WLURA, is an association whose members are retired staff, faculty and administrators who wish to maintain contact with the university and with other retirees. WLURA is a member of CURAC, the College and University Retiree Associations of Canada, which represents about 20,000 of us from some 60 institutions.
Who? All retired staff, faculty and administrators are welcome to join WLURA. We annually elect an executive to organize things for us.
Where? The University has generously provided a facility dedicated to our use, room R139 in the Regina Building.
When? We meet in the Retirees' Facility, R139 from 1:30 PM to 4 PM on the last Friday of Sept. Oct. and Nov. 2015 and Jan. Feb. Mar. Apr. and May 2016. We hold our Annual General Meeting on the last Friday in May, at which time we elect our executive for the following year and conduct other business.
