Course/Program Registration Changes
Beginning in July, for all returning students, course changes for the fall and winter terms may be completed using LORIS. Intersession, spring and summer online registration begins in February. Students must complete the Spring LORIS Registration Request Form in order to Register for May-August courses. Refer to the Academic Dates chapter and the online version, for deadlines as they affect academic and financial records. Students should ensure that the course change has been completed by checking their academic record on LORIS. Course changes that cannot be completed using LORIS can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar using the Intent to Register or the Program/Course Change Request Form. Any program changes that cannot be completed using LORIS must be made on the Program/Course Change Request Form or the Program Selection Form and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Changes in writing must be approved by the appropriate department before they are accepted.
To change a program for a given term, the change must be made
before the last business day before the first day of regularly
scheduled classes of that term. (ie. tuition will not be reassessed
after that date).
