It is the student's responsibility to formally apply for graduation. Application forms are available on your LORIS Account under the Student Services tab, and must be submitted during your last term(s) of study, no later than January 15 for spring convocation and August 1 for fall convocation. A fee will be applied to the student's account once received by the graduation area. If the application is not received by the deadline, the university cannot be responsible for completing arrangements in time for graduation. A late fee is applied if received after the deadline date. Applications will not be considered after October 1 for fall or April 15 for spring convocation.

All applications must be accompanied by proper verification of any legal name change as recorded on the current student record.

In order to graduate at the Brantford Campus ceremonies, all students must complete the Foundations core curriculum requirement (2.0 credits) consisting of BF190, BF199, BF290, BF299 (or equivalent).  Students graduating in the spring with programs only offered at the Brantford Campus must convocate at the Brantford ceremony.
