Laurier Brantford's Indigenous Studies Option, combined with Contemporary Studies, includes a series of courses to provide students with an understanding of contemporary issues as they relate to Indigenous peoples. Employing a holistic approach, this option fosters a greater understanding of Indigenous peoples, their history and their place in the world. Students in this program develop the skills needed to work with or in the Indigenous community.
